Steve Miele is the owner of Motorcycle Super Shops.  He has been riding, racing, building, repairing and collecting motorcycles for over 30 years.  He is an educated, talented, and gifted automobile and motorcycle mechanic.   His background is very extensive, having personally owned many motorcycles.  Very aware that nobody knows everything, Steve works daily to improve the level of quality and service in his shop.   Steve has been known for his “perfectionist attitude” and passionately pursues his goals in serving his customers to their satisfaction.

His goal for MSS is to raise the level of service given in the motorcycle industry.  Steve wants your customer service experience, in his shop, to be second to none. He believes that a mechanic should be accessible to the customer and he creates an atmosphere where customers are encouraged to ask questions.  “So many shops take in your bike and return it without you even knowing who did the work.” Steve is creating a shop that makes welcome, all motorcycle enthusiasts from beginners to the most experienced motorcycle owner.
